1. Copyright, Reproduction, and Model Release
1.1
The client(s) hereby grant Forever Begins Media permission to use any photographs and videos produced during the session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
Website content
Social media
Brochures
Magazine articles
Portfolio displays
Sample albums
Marketing materials
1.2
Any commercial use of the images by third parties must be expressly approved in writing by Forever Begins Media and must include proper credit/citation.
Forever Begins Media cannot be held liable for unauthorized or malicious use of the images by individuals or entities outside of the company.
1.3
The client(s) agree not to sell, distribute, or commercially reproduce any files or prints without prior written permission from Forever Begins Media.
1.4
The client(s) acknowledge and agree that this agreement also serves as a model release, granting Forever Begins Media permission to use photographs and videos for business, portfolio, and promotional purposes.
2. Social Media
2.1
This clause applies to all current and future social media platforms, including but not limited to:
TikTok
YouTube
Blogs
Websites
When images are published online, proper credit to Forever Begins Media is required.
2.2
The client(s) agree not to alter, heavily edit, apply filters to, or otherwise modify the photographer’s public images in a way that misrepresents the photographer’s work, brand, or editing style. This ensures that future clients receive an accurate representation of Forever Begins Media’s artistic style and quality.
3. Terms and Conditions of the Photoshoot and Editing
3.1
The client(s) acknowledge that the photographer’s work will reflect the artistic style and quality presented on Forever Begins Media’s website, portfolio, and social media platforms.
Forever Begins Media retains full creative control over the session, including but not limited to:
Composition
Lighting
Posing
Camera settings
Editing style
Image selection
The final images will reflect the photographer’s professional and artistic judgment.
3.2
Final images will be delivered in high-resolution JPEG format. Forever Begins Media will provide a curated selection of both color and black-and-white images where deemed appropriate.
RAW files and unedited images will not be provided.
Once final images have been delivered, additional re-editing requests are not included unless otherwise agreed upon for an extra fee.
3.3
The client(s) understand and agree that the photographer can only capture events and moments as they naturally occur.
Factors including but not limited to:
Weather conditions
Lighting conditions
Location restrictions
Scheduling delays
Time limitations
Subject cooperation
may affect the final outcome of the photographs. Forever Begins Media is not responsible for missed shots or compromised results caused by such circumstances.
3.4
Forever Begins Media performs standard professional post-processing, including:
Color correction
Exposure adjustments
Skin blemish removal
Basic retouching
The photographer does not provide body reshaping, hair editing, or major alterations to physical appearance unless specifically agreed upon in advance for an additional fee.
4. Rescheduling Policy
4.1
The client may request changes to the time or location of the photoshoot no later than 7 days before the scheduled session date, subject to Forever Begins Media’s availability.
4.2
The client must pay 50% of the remaining balance no later than 1 day before the photoshoot. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session before shooting begins.

4.3
If the client cancels the photoshoot less than 5 hours before the scheduled time, 50% of the paid balance will be non-refundable in addition to the deposit.
4.4
The client may reschedule the photoshoot once within the current calendar year at no additional charge. Any additional rescheduling requests will incur a €100 rescheduling fee per change.
5. Weather Conditions
5.1
In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, the session may be rescheduled to another available date and time, subject to Forever Begins Media’s availability.
If Forever Begins Media is unavailable, a trusted professional colleague may be recommended to complete the session.
6. Photography Payment Policy
6.1
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will not be refunded.
6.2
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the photo session begins.

6.3
Failure to complete payment before the session may result in cancellation of the photoshoot.
By paying the deposit, the client confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
7. Photo Storage and Gallery Access
7.1
Forever Begins Media will store the final edited images on a hard drive for a period of 3 months from the delivery date.
A private online gallery will remain accessible to the client for 1 month from the delivery date of the final images.
7.2
Any additional upload, re-delivery, or restoration of images after the gallery expiration period will be subject to an additional fee of €100.
