1. Client Punctuality and Delay Compensation
1.1
The client is responsible for arriving on time at the pre-determined location. Forever Begins Media reserves the right to begin and end the session strictly within the agreed time frame (e.g., 15:00–16:00), regardless of the client’s arrival time.
1.2
If the client is late, Forever Begins Media is not required to extend the session. Should the client request additional time due to their delay, an extra fee will be charged (minimum: 30 minutes at the standard hourly rate).
1.3
Forever Begins Media may arrive earlier to prepare equipment, secure parking, and avoid delays. Any costs related to these preparations (e.g., parking fees, babysitter expenses, assistant fees) remain the responsibility of the photographer and will not be deducted from the session fee, even if the session is shortened due to client delay.
1.4
Delays caused by traffic, meal breaks, miscommunication, or similar circumstances are not considered valid excuses. Time lost will be deducted from the shooting time unless both parties agree to extend the session for an additional fee.
Example Scenario
If the agreed session is from 15:00 to 16:00 and the client arrives at 15:30, Forever Begins Media is only obligated to provide a 30-minute session (15:30–16:00). If the client wishes to extend the session until 16:30, a minimum 30-minute extension fee will apply. The photographer’s preparation time and related expenses must be respected and valued.
2. Rescheduling Policy
2.1
The client may request a change to the time or location of the photoshoot no later than 7 days before the scheduled session date, subject to Forever Begins Media’s availability.
2.2
The client is required to pay 50% of the remaining balance no later than 1 day before the photo session. The remaining amount must be paid in full before the session begins, either online or in cash.

2.3
If the client cancels the photoshoot less than 5 hours before the scheduled time, 50% of the paid balance will be non-refundable in addition to the deposit.
2.4
The client may reschedule the photoshoot once within the current calendar year at no additional cost. Any additional date changes will incur a rescheduling fee of €100 per change.
3. Minimum Booking Hours Policy
3.1
The client may not reduce the number of hours agreed upon in the original booking. Forever Begins Media reserves the scheduled time exclusively for the client and may decline other bookings as a result. Therefore, if the client requests fewer hours than originally agreed, payment for the full originally booked duration will still be required.
If the client does not accept these terms, Forever Begins Media reserves the right to cancel the session.
4. Photography Payment Policy
4.1
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit will not be refunded.
4.2
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the photo session begins.

4.3
Failure to complete payment before the session may result in cancellation of the shoot. By paying the deposit, the client confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. Weather Conditions
5.1
In the event of unfavorable weather conditions, the photo session may be rescheduled to another available date and time, subject to Forever Begins Media’s availability.
If Forever Begins Media is unavailable, a trusted colleague may be recommended to carry out the session instead.
6. Photo Storage and Gallery Access
6.1
Forever Begins Media will store the final images on a hard drive for a period of 3 months from the delivery date. A private online gallery will remain accessible to the client for 1 month from the delivery date of the final images.
6.2
Any additional upload, re-delivery, or restoration of images after the private gallery has expired will be subject to an additional fee of €100.
